I've done a TON of work on neocities so far. I need to actually focus on the main site- the chatbox page really needs beefed up and I need to figure out what I'm doing with my other 2 links...I just got really side tracked with my vocaloid shrine lol. I am pretty satisfied with it, but I still feel like it could look cooler. I need to not be too hard on myself about it, though. I'm still a real newbie when it comes to coding, and honestly these last few pages are the best I've ever pumped out. I owe a lot of credit to sadgrl.online though. Their web layout tool really made it easy for me to just go wild. And now I understand how divs work and I feel like I can actually use CSS well enough. I'm really proud, and I'm not going to compare myself to others who have a lot more experience than I do at html. Neocities is so awesome, I wish the internet at large was still like this. I know not everyone is going to take the time to code their own site, but the level of personalization is really awesome. Plus, everyone I've interacted with on here has been so so nice. I wanna join more web rings, lol.
Although, I have some actual adult responsibilites I need to tend to over this website...I'm trying to earn a certificate before I go back to school to finish my degree in August so I really should be focusing on that...but this is so much more fun, I can't help it. Well, now that my shrine's done I'll take a break from editing and go tackle some school work. (￣ω￣;)
WAAAH!! I spent all day working on this website...I really love building websites. I just go into a trance and work for hours at a time without stopping. I used to build tumblr blogs for fun, (and then never use them), but I like neocities way better. I love how it's just a blank canvas that I can do whatever I want with. I'm not sure what else I'm going to fill this website out with honestly, but I'll think of something!! For now, I should probably take a break. I have some actual adult responsibilities I have to take care of LOL. Next time I'll post a longer blog entry when my eyes aren't so tired from looking at a screen.(´ ∀ ` *)
